WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades provide a guaranteed boost to certain stats. Each upgrade increases the level of an item upgrade by 3. Each upgrade also increases an unspecified substat.

Upgraded gear is generally more valuable, unless the item upgrades has a low requirement by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like eth Titan weapons). These types of gear get less value from upgrading due to the need to roll for a perfect model.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader allows players to upgrade their gear by giving the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be made on any type of armor or weapons. However, the item upgrader mod that is used for the upgrade will be consumed forever and can't be used again. Upgrades can be used to create enchantments.

The upgrader can be found in all major cities and can be visited anytime to upgrade your gear. To ensure that your equipment is up-to-date it is recommended that you visit the upgrader each several weeks.

The cost of upgrades will vary based on the current level of the equipment being upgraded but they will always be less expensive than buying new equipment from other sources. Upgrades such as upgrading a Benthic chest up to 385 ilvl will cost you 20 recycle points. A similar item will cost you 105.

Valorstones

Upgrades are items which can be used to upgrade item weapons, tools, armor, and other items. They can be purchased by players through NPCs who sell upgrades to item owners for a variety of currencies. They can also find them in random treasure lists. Once purchased, an upgrade can be used on any tool, weapon, or armor. button, which will show an image of the item at its next upgrade level if the player has sufficient materials.

The cost of upgrading varies based on the item slot, and the current level of the item. For example weapons cost more than gloves, bracers or bracers.
